Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just switched over ! I always fed my dogs Ol'Roy - for many reasons, price and that they actually liked the food. After all the recalls and articles lately - I thought I should do better with my new 3 year old black lab rescue. Millie loves the food! We mix in the chicken muttballs -with the nutrish chicken and veggie dry. I'll be looking for coupons and savings .. but definitely worth my piece of mind.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I was so happy to read the ingredients and the reviews/ I could not wait for my dog to eat some. I bought this dog food and he would not nor still will not eat it. This is not a cheap dog food so I was very disappointed. We finally had to throw the whole bag away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Restored health for my dog and two cats!! Our story begins back in February of 2016. I purchased the remaining Nutrish dog food from a friend after her dog sadly passed away. She had the better portion of a 40-lb. bag Nutrish left and I had been wanting to try this dog food, so we made a deal. When she brought over the large tub of food, my Ruffles couldn't resist the tasty morsels inside and placed her paws on the edge of the tub and began feasting. There were even chunks that resembled real dried chicken mixed in all throughout. Those of you who have had to change your pet's food well know that it takes a week or two to make that transition because they are used to the old food...and that they may even experience health problems during the transition. But, not with Nutrish! And my doggie didn't have one adverse reaction (like diarrhea, vomiting, etc) from the instant switch. Little did I know the effect that this high-quality dog food would have on my sweet Ruffles! In fact, it wasn't until the Nutrish was all gone that I got the clear picture. I went back to purchasing Kibble n Bits, which is the dog food that my pooch ate before switching to Nutrish, because I am on a tight budget and KnB is cheaper. Well after Ruffles finished eating her bowl of KnB - within an hour - she was throwing up! Not just once either! About 6 or 7 times throughout the day! I did some research online and learned that KnB has awful ingredients!! I ran right out and purchased another bag of Nutrish and the problem was solved. I have also noticed a huge improvement in her joint pain! As someone who suffers from joint pain myself, I know how a good diet can make a tremendous difference in quality of life! Ruffles is about 10 years-old but she is now acting like she is a puppy again...playful, happy, and I feel she is thankful ;-) I will forever be grateful to Rachel Ray for her dedication to animal health and well-being!! Thank you, thank you!! I took the KnB and sprinkled it around the perimeter of my lawn for the animals that live outside...but, even they wouldn't eat it, haha! It's still out there (months later) - and we have a plethora of wild animals outside!! My story doesn't end here though. I also have two cats, Rascal and Cynder (both 5 years old). Cynder has always had trouble digesting her food and would vomit up her food literally minutes after eating. Vets would tell me, it's just how she is! But since realizing how Nutrish had transformed Ruffles' life, I decided to switch to Nutrish Cat Food to see if that would make a difference for Cynder. It did take about a week for my two kitties to get used to the new taste of the food, but WOW! What a delightful discovery for Cynder. After 5 years of digestive struggles, Cynder has not thrown up ONE TIME since she has been eating the Nutrish Cat Food! She has even begun eating her treats again and looking like a healthy fluffy kitty! I am stunned and so very happy at the transformation that Nutrish has made in the lives of my furry family members! I am equally thankful, Rachel, that you keep these tasty, healthy morsels affordable - for those of us on a tight budget!! You deserve an award...a medal!! And LOTS of licks and waggy tails from the animal community :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must be delicious. My dogs love it! My senior dog had stopped eating and I feared the worst. All attempts to change her dog food were not successful until I tried Nutrish. She now waits for second helpings!! I am so glad that I tried Rachel's dog food and wanted to thank her and her staff for developing this food for our pups. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Savannah loves it Savannah is a 16 year old Tibetan Spaniel. She loves the triangle and light brown pieces, but always leaves a pile of the dark brown pieces until last. We pick on her for being picky. We would love to know what part of the ingredients she leaves. We need a bag of all triangles and light pieces like the oops all marshmellows. I wonder if anyone else has a pickey eater ☺

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you Rachel! I rescued two pit mix sibling puppies from a kill shelter in 2010. Soon I discovered they are allergic to dry dog food. the poor things looked like they had Chicken Pox, big seeping blisters everywhere including inside nose, mouth and ears. Rachel Ray brand dry food is the ONLY dry brand that does NOT aggravate their allergies. I open feed them Chicken and Veggies dry food every day since, with wet food once daily. They love this dog food (better than the beef) and have NO problem with any of this brand dog food. Don't know what I would do if not for Rachel Ray! Now I wonder what I was feeding all my other dogs over the years before this. I had given this brand to my past furbabies with success, but had used other expensive brands vet recommended as my rule of thumb. NO more! All those other brands must have something bad in them to make my guys so sick.
