*Amounts are based on a standard 8 oz. dry measuring cup. This chart represents average recommended daily portions. You may need to feed slightly more or less, depending on your cat's activity level and overall fitness.

Feeding Amounts: Most cats eat many times during the course of a single day. A recommended feeding schedule for an adult cat is to offer half the daily amount for breakfast and another half for dinner. Vary the amount fed according to age, size and activity level of your pet. Kittens and pregnant or lactating females should have food available throughout the day, so split their total daily amount into several meals. The total daily amount for kittens is approximately one to two cups. For lactating females, the amount varies with the number of kittens, but it is approximately one to three and one-half cups.

Be sure to provide plenty of fresh water in a clean container daily.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from My senior cats didn't like it I had high hopes after hearing great reviews, buy they came up short. I wanted to switch from a more experience grain free food. My cats smelled it, ate a few pieces and walked away. They never walk away from food! I tried it again for a couple more days and still no luck. The pieces are really small too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality My cats seem to love the taste of the food because every time I would feed them they would devour the entire bowl in one sitting! Other cat foods usually would take them longer to finish a bowl.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kitty My cat is 9 years old and started throwing up. I wasn't sure what was going on so I called our vet. She said it sounded like an allergy and went in and she got a shot. After a couple of days she was still sluggish, fussing at me and throwing up. So I decided to go out and buy some different food. Needless to say right when I opened the bag of Nutrish Ocean fish and potato she ran over and dug right in. It's been a week and she is back to her old self again. Thanks!!! Will continue to buy!!
